Sushmita Sen claims that despite having a 95% blockage in her main artery, her busy lifestyle helped her avoid a heart attack.

Sushmita Sen has opened up to her admirers about her health and said that 95% of her main artery was clogged and that she had survived a serious heart attack.



Sushmita Sen has now stated it was a "major heart attack" that she had a 95% blockage in one of her main arteries, days after initially revealing she had undergone heart surgery. When she conducted a live chat session on Saturday afternoon on her Instagram page, she was conversing with her followers.

Sushmita thanked everyone in the room for acting quickly and effectively to save her life after she had a heart attack as she opened her live session. She introduced the majority of the individuals one by one, adding that she had taken note of everyone's names to make sure she did not forget anyone.


She also addressed a topic that is currently being discussed on social media: whether or not exercise is actually beneficial for one's health. "I'm aware that many of you will stop attending to the gym after hearing that she was not helped by going there. But it's not a good thing. I was helped by it. I managed to survive a massive heart attack. My main artery was 95% blocked, and I had a severe heart attack. I was able to survive because I continued to lead a busy life. I'm extremely fortunate to be on the other side. It doesn't make me afraid; instead, I feel like I can look forward to something "the actor stated.

Sushmita assured her admirers that the raspy voice she had in the video was nothing worrisome. Let me clarify that I have a viral throat infection before you guys assume it's anything terrible. I still have a few remnants (of the infection). Just be patient; my voice sounds really intriguing. I had to speak with you guys as soon as possible. I've come to see you people and let you all know how lucky I am," she grinned.

She also responded to comments from fans pleading for her to reprise her role as Aarya. "After my doctors give me the all-clear, I'll be travelling to Jaipur to finish Aarya and I'll be working on the dubbing for Taali," she said.
